Unspoken: Is Racism Really a Problem Anymore?

Read: Nehemiah 1:1-11

In the past 6 decades, America has made tremendous strides when it comes to racial justice. With the passing of the Civil Rights Act, it’s no longer okay or legal to discriminate against someone based on the color of their skin. Our communities and schools are more diverse than ever.  And we may not know anybody anymore who’s openly a racist.   So many of us may wonder why are so many people still upset about racism?  Why can’t people get over it? Is this really a problem anymore? The answer to these questions often lie, not in what is said, but in what’s unspoken.
